The increases in atmospheric
carbon, combined with rapidly rising fuel costs has reached the point
where bio-energy is environmentally and economically attractive and
essential.
Most wastes producers and energy consumers can benefit
from new economic, environmental and tax incentives that are available to
help jump start implementation. Conventional bio-energy recovery systems,
however, are capital intensive, expensive to operate and have difficulty
with regulatory compliance.
As a consequence, effective, new, small
systems, able to meet the strict new regulatory requirements have become
available. Ways are available for anyone interested to participate in this
evolving situation. If you have a waste disposal problem, need to reduce
your fossil fuel dependency, or would like to participate, please e-mail: rmccsl@sbcglobal.net. |
