Carbon Sequestration LLC, (CSL) has assembled an experienced team of engineers/consultants to implement its mission and establish Waste-to-Energy systems to curtail the dependence on fossil fuels, reduce GHG emissions and eliminate environmentally harmful disposal techniques.

Robert McChesney
Bob has been developing systems to recycle wastes and recover energy since 1972 and has been instrumental in providing systems and equipment for more than fifty projects. Bob has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering and an M.Sc. in Geological Engineering with a Geophysics Minor from Michigan Technological University.

Rahul Vora
Rahul’s experience includes project management, market analysis, process engineering and project development including setting up five biodiesel plants and a wind/solar system. Rahul earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California (USC)

George Morrow
George operates Jim Brisco Enterprises, Inc. (JBEI) a 20 year old company that provides biosolids disposal services to wastewater treatment plants in central California. JBEI applies biosolids to croplands, provides agricultural irrigation systems and, with CSL, is developing energy recovery systems for MSW, biosolids and agricultural residue recovery systems. JBEI also operates a concrete batch plant and provides concrete and asphalt recycling services to central California municipalities, governmental agencies and farmers. George has a B.S. in Math from LSU, an M.S. in Systems Management from USC and is a retired from the USAF as a Lt. Col.

Consultants

Gordon Gibbons, P.E.
Gordon has twenty-five years design and application experience in the wastes, minerals, petrochemicals, industrial, and process equipment industries. He has managed the design, engineering and fabrication of numerous recycling projects. Responsibilities have included supervision of design personnel, checking equipment design and specifications, vendor selection, and installation and start up. Gordon is a P.E. – Mechanical Engineering. He has a B.Sc. in engineering from the University of California at Davis, California Mechanical Engineering License M-18046, and General Engineering Contracting License A-643752 CA.

John W. Black – P. Eng.
John has been engaged since 1966 in research and development of processes for abating pollution and converting organic materials into gas, oil and alcohol. He has authored and co-authored 3 patents and 20+ wastes recovery technical papers. John consults to utilities, universities and industry in the areas of gasification, pollution control, and techno-economic evaluation of processes. John has a B.Sc. with honors in applied chemistry from the University of Glasgow and is registered as a professional engineer (Ontario), is a member of the American Chemical Society and associate member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
